KNOWINGLY FALSE COPYRIGHT CLAIMS MAY RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION

Valmonti respects intellectual property rights and takes deliberate misuse of copyright reporting systems seriously. If you believe content on valmontimode.com infringes your copyright, please submit your report to us first using the form below so that we can investigate and seek a direct resolution.

We do not tolerate fabricated evidence, false ownership statements or knowingly misleading takedown requests. We preserve relevant evidence and reserve the right to pursue legal proceedings and recover proven losses and legal costs to the extent permitted by applicable law, including under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), where applicable. We cooperate with Shopify in investigating abuse of its reporting system and in connection with related legal proceedings, where applicable. Each matter is assessed on its facts; an honest error is not automatically a knowingly false claim.

What your report must include

Reports should be submitted by the copyright owner or an authorised representative. For a formal DMCA notice, provide the information specified in 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  1. Your identity and contact details: your full legal name, postal address, telephone number and email address; your organisation, if applicable; and the rights holder you represent.
  2. The original work: identify the copyrighted photograph, text or other work. Include an original source link or a sufficiently detailed description. For multiple works, provide a representative list.
  3. The reported material: list each exact Valmonti page URL and identify the specific image, text or other material you dispute. A general homepage link is not sufficient.
  4. Your rights and supporting evidence: explain your ownership or authority to act and why the use is allegedly unauthorised. You may attach original files, dated screenshots, licences or other relevant evidence. Copyright registration or a patent is not a general prerequisite for submitting a copyright report.
  5. Good-faith statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  6. Accuracy and authority statement: “The information in this notice is accurate, and I declare under penalty of perjury that I am the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.”
  7. Your signature: provide your full legal name as your electronic signature.

Evidence and attachments

You can upload up to two supporting files, each under 20 MB. The form accepts PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP, SVG, HEIC and GIF. Use the first upload for evidence of ownership or authority and the second for screenshots or other supporting documentation. Uploads are optional; describe your work and evidence clearly even if you do not attach a file.

How we handle reports

We review reports promptly and may request clarification or additional evidence. Depending on the findings, we may remove or restrict access to the identified material or take other appropriate action. Submitting a report does not establish infringement or guarantee removal. Please identify related correspondence when following up rather than submitting duplicate reports.

This form concerns copyright. Trademark, design and patent concerns involve different rights and should be clearly identified as such. Our request to contact us first does not restrict lawful reporting options, including your right to contact Shopify or a competent authority.

Privacy

Information and attachments are processed to assess, document and respond to reports and, where necessary, address related disputes. Relevant information may be shared with Shopify, professional advisers or competent authorities where necessary and legally permitted. Please provide only relevant information and avoid unnecessary sensitive personal data. Submitting a report does not subscribe you to marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
